Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

• Professional credentials such as CPCU, ARM, ACAS, or FCAS are advantageous.
• Comprehensive knowledge of claims lifecycle, coverage frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Strong capabilities in written communication with an aptitude for providing structured, insightful feedback.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, managing tasks asynchronously.

Working Conditions and Compensation

This role is entirely remote and self-directed, allowing flexibility to complete assigned evaluations within agreed weekly hours. It requires no extensive meetings, with onboarding completed typically within 24 hours post-acceptance. Quality of feedback is prioritized over quantity. The compensation ranges from $100 to $125 USD per hour, paid biweekly through Deel, with an expected commitment of 15-20+ hours weekly (minimum 10+ hours/week). Strong performers may receive retainer opportunities for long-term collaboration.
