About the Role

Shadforth is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join our expanding team in Caloundra, Queensland. You will be responsible for leading civil infrastructure and subdivision projects, coordinating onsite teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality project delivery.

• Supervise daily site activities prioritizing safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate personnel and subcontractor efforts to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure adherence to construction plans and project specifications.

• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to exacting standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Foreman on subdivision or similar civil construction projects.
• Knowledge in bulk earthworks, civil works, and road construction.
• Competent in reading and interpreting construction documentation.
• Ability to deliver projects meeting planned outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.
• Hold a valid Construction Industry Card (White or Blue).
• Current driver’s license.
• Possession of various plant machinery tickets is advantageous.
• Committed to upholding quality and safety standards.
