Job overview
We are hiring a seasoned Civil Engineer to provide supervision and technical support for off-plan sales projects in the real estate development sector. The role is based in Dammam and focuses on ensuring project activities align with applicable regulations and the Saudi Building Code.
Role details
This position is intended for Saudi nationals only and requires a Civil Engineer with strong hands-on experience in project supervision. The successful candidate will support project teams, monitor engineering work, and help maintain compliance across development activities.

- Supervising civil engineering activities across off-plan real estate projects.
- Providing technical assistance to project teams during planning and execution.
- Ensuring work follows Saudi Building Code requirements and related regulatory standards.
- Handling project-related technical matters efficiently and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 7 years of experience in supervision or execution.
- Prior exposure to real estate development projects is preferred.
- Active membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
- Strong familiarity with the Saudi Building Code and associated regulatory requirements.
