Overview
This role is based at a physical bake shop located in Tofino, British Columbia, with no opportunity for remote work. The position requires a minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed for production.
- Prepare custom or special chocolate orders.
- Operate chocolate-making machinery efficiently.
- Manage and organize inventory stock properly.
- Supervise sales activities and merchandising of chocolate products.
Experience & Specialization
Focus is on chocolate and confectionery products with a specialty in chocolate.
