About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional within the health insurance industry to serve as a Chief Operating Officer. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational management to drive the growth of a Third-Party Administrator (TPA).
Candidates must bring specialized knowledge in self-funded healthcare program operations, stop-loss insurance strategies, and claims processing management. Ideal backgrounds include benefits administration, insurance payers, or similar TPA experience.
