Role Overview

This unique position is not a conventional HR leadership role but a strategic advisor opportunity, exclusively equity-based, for a senior HR leader familiar with how mid-size and large enterprise CHROs assess workforce transformation, vendor credibility, AI implementation, and the return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide GenAIx with insights into how CHROs, People leaders, and Learning & Development buyers approach AI adoption, reskilling efforts, workforce readiness, and vendor selection processes.
• Contribute to refining positioning, messaging, and sales narratives tailored for enterprise HR buyers centered on talent management priorities.
• Facilitate strategic introductions to CHROs, HR executives, and decision-makers within relevant professional networks.
• Influence how the platform is presented to enterprise clients, emphasizing adoption, behavioral change, managerial visibility, and productivity metrics.
• Assist the founder with enterprise sales strategies by providing credibility and buyer perspective.
• Advise on internal people strategies as GenAIx scales.

Importance of This Role

GenAIx's platform maps workflows, assesses AI skill gaps at the role level, implements targeted solutions, and measures productivity improvements before broader deployment. This role is critical to bridging the gap between the platform and enterprise buyers by using real-world CHRO experience to shape communications and relationships effectively.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Former CHRO, Chief People Officer, VP of People, Head of Talent, or senior HR leader.
• Experience within mid-size or large organizations.
• Comprehensive understanding of workforce transformation, learning and development, organizational design, talent strategies, and engaging executive stakeholders.
• Existing connections with CHROs, HR leaders, or corporate people teams.
• A strong interest in AI innovation, workforce upskilling, and future work trends.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with an early-stage founder to shape go-to-market strategies.

Compensation and Location

• This is an equity-only compensated role.
• Preference for candidates located in NYC, though remote arrangements are flexible.
