IoK® conducts a 30-day, employment-focused Healthspan Enhancement Course aimed at unemployed first-generation graduates. This initiative prepares participants for immediate roles as Junior Research Officers, contributing to the development of human capital in India.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Chief Human Resource Officer will be instrumental in building IoK's core leadership team during the probation period by recruiting five Regional Heads, as well as the CFO, CTO, COO, and CLO. This role involves strategic and hands-on recruitment to establish a strong foundational team.

Compensation and Benefits

• During probation: Monthly stipend of 99,000 INR plus a joining bonus of 20,00,000 INR
• Post-probation compensation package: Up to 98,00,000 INR per annum plus 0.1% equity per senior hire
• Additional perks include flexible working hours, work-from-home options, joining bonus, and reimbursement of mobile bills
