Overview
We are seeking a Chat Support Executive to engage with customers through live chat, delivering prompt and precise assistance, resolving inquiries, and promoting superior customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat efficiently and professionally
- Offer accurate details about products, services, and organizational procedures
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor in customer interactions
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions
- Record customer conversations and gather feedback
- Achieve daily and monthly performance objectives
Requirements
- Proficient written communication skills in English
- Fundamental computer literacy and typing capability
- Effective multitasking and time management
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced applicants
Preferred Skills
- Previous customer support experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Capability to manage multiple chat sessions concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Compensation and Working Shifts
The monthly salary ranges between ₹16,000 and ₹18,000, contingent on performance and experience. Work schedules follow rotational shifts, which may include day or night shifts depending on business needs.
