Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate incoming requests to understand requirements and decide on effective strategies to fulfill tasks efficiently.
• Utilize Excel and proprietary internal software to analyze, update, and refine automotive parts data.
• Standardize and cleanse data records to uphold high accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness.
• Check and validate outputs meticulously to confirm data quality before final delivery.
• Maintain databases by adhering to specified data management standards and using assigned platforms.
• Record project metrics, document results, and communicate clearly through ticketing systems within the company.
• Employ critical thinking and analytical skills to manage data with varying completeness and quality.
• Identify and contribute to data process enhancements for continuous operational improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum education: high school diploma; further education in data analysis, statistics, information management, or related disciplines is advantageous.
• Up to 2 years experience in data analysis, data management, or cataloging roles.
• Fundamental proficiency with Excel and basic understanding of data analysis and statistical methods.
• Competence in data preparation, exploration, cleansing, and validation with attention to detail.
• Ability to detect inconsistencies in large volumes of data and apply effective problem-solving skills.
• Adaptiveness and cognitive flexibility to handle shifting priorities and diverse data complexities.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—for process documentation and result reporting.
• Knowledge of automotive part terminology, relevant industry acronyms, and standards like ACES and PIES is preferred.
• Experience with database management, ticketing systems, or similar software is considered a plus.
