Position Overview
We are urgently hiring for multiple roles including Cashier, Refilling Associate, Packer, and Shopper at DMart located on Saiyed Vasna Road, Vadodara.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹11,500 to ₹13,500 (Net Take Home)
- Provident Fund (PF) contribution of ₹1,800
- ESIC benefits available
- Mediclaim insurance coverage

Job Responsibilities
- Cashier: Manage billing and cash transactions efficiently, provide checkout assistance to customers, and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
- Refilling Associate: Restock shelves with products, organize merchandise neatly, and maintain stock availability and cleanliness in the store.
- Packer: Carefully pack customer purchases, safeguard products during packing, and assist in dispatch and order preparation.
- Shopper: Select products according to customer orders, verify the quantity and quality of items, and coordinate with the packing team.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass
- Open to freshers and experienced candidates
- Good communication abilities
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
