Job overview
As a Cart Attendant, you help create a strong first and last impression for customers by keeping the front of the store organized and shopping carts available. The role involves collecting carts from the parking lot, using equipment to bring carts back inside, and keeping carts clean and sanitary. A consistently positive attitude is important, including while working in varying weather conditions.

This position is available as both full-time and part-time work. Shifts mentioned include opening and morning schedules.

Compensation
The hourly pay range is $14 to $27. Pay will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. In addition to base pay, associates may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra hourly premium pay may also apply in certain situations, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or the specific work performed. Multiple premium rates can be added together if the qualifying conditions are met.
