Job Summary
As a Cart Attendant at our Fairhope Walmart Supercenter, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming shopping environment. You will collect shopping carts from the parking areas, operate machinery to transport carts indoors, and ensure the carts remain clean and sanitary. Maintaining a positive demeanor in all weather conditions is essential.
Compensation Details
The hourly pay ranges from 15 to 28 dollars per hour, with the specific wage at or above the legally mandated minimum for the location. Additional earnings may include quarterly or annual performance incentives. Premium pay ranging from 35 cents up to 3 dollars per hour may also be awarded depending on schedule, location, season, or type of work performed, and multiple premiums can apply if criteria are met.
Work Schedule and Location
Positions are available for both full-time and part-time employment, with shifts during mid-day and closing hours. The workplace is at Walmart Supercenter #4333, located at 10040 County Road 48, Fairhope, AL, 36532.
