Job Summary

Cart Attendants play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience by ensuring a positive initial and concluding impression at our Walmart store in Valdosta, GA. This position involves collecting shopping carts from the parking areas, operating equipment to transport them inside the store, and ensuring carts remain clean and sanitary. The role demands a consistently upbeat attitude regardless of weather conditions.

Compensation and Schedule

• The starting hourly wage ranges from 14 to 27 dollars, with actual pay at least matching the mandated minimum wage for the location.
• Extra earnings may come from annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Additional pay premiums can apply, ranging from 0.35 to 3.00 dollars per hour, based on factors such as shift time, facility, season, or specific duties. Multiple premiums may be combined if conditions are met.
• Position is full-time with shifts available primarily in mid-shift and closing hours.
