About the Opportunity

Right at Home Chattanooga is looking to add compassionate caregivers who can support clients across all shifts. Schedules are flexible, and the team is open to matching mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight availability to the right candidate’s routine.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay is $15 per hour, with higher hourly pay available for shorter shifts.

Role Overview

The caregiver will provide day-to-day support that helps clients stay comfortable, safe, and cared for at home. The position includes personal care, household help, transport support, reminders, and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and incontinence support.
• Prepare meals and help keep the living space clean.
• Support clients with transportation needs and running errands.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement.

Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license and an insured vehicle are required.
• Willingness to travel for client care is necessary.
• The role requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Applicants must be able to pass a background check.
• Six months of caregiving experience is preferred.
