Overview
For the Bad Tölz area, we are looking for dependable and service-oriented career changers (m/f/d) to work as ticket inspectors. The role is part of a growing security services business that delivers professional protection and safety support for clients with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and a secure environment.
The position is designed as a permanent full-time job with a 40-hour workweek and can start immediately. Compensation is stated at 16.00 to 25.00 EUR per hour.
What the role involves
- Check passengers’ tickets carefully and help keep operations in the train running smoothly.
- Explain fare rules in a friendly way and answer questions about tickets and pricing.
- Record passenger counts and ticket inspections accurately to support service quality.
- Respond quickly and professionally to unexpected situations to support safety and order on board.
- Work closely with train staff to ensure a pleasant and coordinated travel experience for passengers.

- Strong communication skills for clear interaction with passengers and colleagues.
- Good social skills and empathy to respond appropriately to passenger needs and concerns.
- Ability to work well in a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Confidence and assertiveness to handle challenging situations and enforce rules when needed.
Training and entry requirements
No §34a certificate is required at the start. Candidates without this qualification are welcome, and support is provided for the §34a GewO training path and entry into security services.
Career changers from many different backgrounds are encouraged to apply, including people with experience in warehouse work, driving, service, or other fields.
