Position Overview

We are looking for a highly observant and meticulous individual to join us as a Car Wash Quality Control Inspector. This role requires ensuring every vehicle exiting the wash meets our stringent standards of cleanliness and quality, offering customers an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of vehicles after completion of the hand wash process.
• Assess both interior and exterior cleanliness and overall condition of vehicles.
• Detect any areas needing further attention or correction, such as streaks or missed spots, and promptly communicate these issues to supervisors or management.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to finishing staff to elevate performance and product quality.
• Use the public address system to notify customers when their vehicles have passed inspection and are ready for pickup.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail, able to notice even minor defects.
• Strong organizational capability enabling effective prioritization of tasks.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for giving feedback thoughtfully and constructively.
• Capacity to work autonomously and make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Prior knowledge or experience with car wash operations is advantageous.
