About the Role
Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking Customer Support Executives to work with prominent Airlines and Banking clients across multiple locations in Mumbai including Thane, Andheri, Navi Mumbai, and the Western & Central suburbs. This full-time day shift role involves addressing customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chat platforms, with a focus on delivering precise information, resolving complaints swiftly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications in a professional manner.
- Provide assistance for airline reservations, banking services, account details, transaction queries, and service-related requests.
- Handle and resolve customer grievances, escalating issues when necessary.
- Keep detailed and accurate customer records and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedural guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
- Ensure timely problem resolution to maintain excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Completed minimum education of 12th standard.
- Age range between 18 and 37 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Freshers as well as candidates with prior experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
Work Details
- Full-time day shift at the office premises.
