Role Overview
We are looking for an insightful and impact-driven Business Transformation Manager to spearhead strategic change initiatives that improve operational efficiency, accelerate digital innovation, and support sustainable growth. The selected candidate will craft and implement transformation strategies, refine business processes, and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to drive enterprise-wide change aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive business transformation plans reflecting corporate aims.
- Lead efforts in digital transformation, process optimization, and organizational change management.
- Assess current operational workflows to spot opportunities for enhancement.
- Create detailed transformation roadmaps, alongside business cases and rollout plans.
- Partner with executive leaders and multi-department stakeholders to advance strategic projects.
- Oversee project scopes, budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and governance frameworks.
- Drive change management to facilitate smooth uptake of new processes and tech solutions.
- Track transformation milestones and results through defined KPIs and metrics.
- Evaluate and address project and operational risks diligently.
- Organize process mapping, team workshops, and promote continuous improvement culture.
- Support implementation of technology, automation, and modernization initiatives.
- Generate executive-level reports, dashboards and strategic insights.
- Ensure adherence to governance policies, compliance standards, and quality requirements.
- Mentor project teams and encourage innovative, collaborative work environments.
- Keep updated with latest industry trends, technologies, and best transformation practices.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrates solid expertise in business transformation, operational excellence, and organizational change.
- Experienced with project and program management principles.
- Knowledgeable in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, or other continuous improvement models.
- Understands digital transformation, automation technologies, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Exhibits strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Communicates effectively with excellent negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Skilled in business process reengineering and redesigning operating models.
- Capable of managing several complex projects concurrently.
- Displays leadership aptitude with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Microsoft Project, or comparable business software.
- Highly organized with robust planning competencies.
- Committed to fostering innovation, quality, and ongoing improvement.
