About the Company

Job Purpose

As a TSI with Polycab, you will represent the company’s industrial electrical solutions in the market. The role is centered on expanding business with OEMs and panel builders by offering complete technical solutions rather than only cable and cabling products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a location-based plan to identify new prospects and expand sales in your assigned territory and surrounding areas.
  • Build strong product knowledge across Polycab’s cables, accessories, and harnesses so you can clearly explain their technical advantages to customers.
  • Maintain regular engagement with OEMs and panel builders to understand their requirements and keep Polycab positioned as a preferred partner.
  • Use existing customer relationships to introduce the Dowells range of accessories and cable harnesses and convert additional business.
  • Assist distributors and dealers in following the correct processes so day-to-day business operations run efficiently.
  • Represent Polycab at industry and association meetings to generate leads and strengthen visibility in the relevant segment.
