About the Role
This opportunity targets seasoned Management Consulting professionals eager to contribute to cutting-edge AI research and evaluation initiatives. The position centers on assessing how well AI systems perform in authentic consulting scenarios, emphasizing evaluation over client deliverable creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, task-specific evaluation standards for diverse consulting outputs such as market analysis, strategic plans, financial models, client-ready presentations, and implementation strategies.
- Assess and assign scores to both AI-produced and human-generated work samples based on established benchmarks.
- Develop comprehensive written explanations justifying each evaluation and associated score.
- Utilize consistent, evidence-backed professional judgment to ensure evaluations are reproducible and supportable.
- Examine consulting deliverables for analytical depth, strategic insightfulness, accuracy, organizational clarity, and suitability for clients.
- Integrate structured feedback from senior evaluators and adjust assessments accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in professional Management Consulting.
- Background with top-tier strategy or management consultancies such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalents.
- Extensive skills in structured problem-solving, market sizing, financial modeling, business case construction, and communicating at executive levels.
- Strong capability to critically assess strategy proposals, quantitative data analyses, and client-oriented presentations.
- Excellent written communication proficiency to clearly articulate why a consulting deliverable meets or falls short of professional standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical rigor and consistent professional decision-making.
- Aptitude for receiving structured feedback and calibrating evaluations per predefined standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in reviewing or evaluating consulting deliverables.
- Prior mentoring of consultants or reviewing work at analyst and associate levels.
- Hands-on experience with AI training, model evaluation, or human data projects.
- Exposure to various industries, functions, or strategic problem types.
Compensation and Engagement Details
- Competitive hourly rate of $150 to $220.
- Payments disbursed on a weekly basis.
- Engagement as an independent contractor.
