Role Overview
As a Business Management Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting the Business Management team with the efficient operation of the Global Lending organization. Your work will transform data into actionable insights, coordinate essential management functions, and contribute to communications and initiatives that facilitate informed decision-making and maintain momentum on strategic priorities.
About the Organization
Based in Dublin, you will be part of ING Wholesale Banking, a leading global bank with a significant European footprint. Serving clients across 35 markets spanning Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas, and Asia Pacific, the Global Lending division specializes in lending, corporate finance, sustainable finance, and related client solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, consolidate, and analyze data to aid senior leadership in making informed decisions.
- Develop management reports, presentations, briefing materials, and regular updates tailored for key stakeholders.
- Track business performance indicators and monitor progress against strategic priorities, actions, and decisions.
- Assist in preparing and following up on management meetings, steering committees, town halls, and offsite events.
- Maintain governance documents, records, and team repositories to ensure an organized operational environment.
- Coordinate initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups within Wholesale Banking, including Finance, HR, Communications, Risk, COO, and Transformation teams.
- Draft internal communications, organizational announcements, and management updates for the Lending team.
- Identify and propose improvements to workflows, documentation quality, and process efficiencies.

- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work confidently with data from diverse sources.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to create succinct materials for senior leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing actions, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Curiosity, resilience, and proactive attitude in a dynamic international setting.
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at various levels and across multiple functions, building trustworthy professional relationships.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot to structure insights and support business decisions.
