Job Role and Responsibilities

• Engage with new leads generated from platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and the company website via calls.
• Present detailed information about pageants, fashion shows, and event participation opportunities to potential clients.
• Convert prospects into confirmed paid registrants.
• Persistently follow up with interested candidates to successfully close deals.
• Identify and develop sponsorship and partnership prospects through proactive calling.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date lead records using the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to streamline lead management processes.
• Achieve set targets for daily calls, timely follow-ups, and monthly revenue generation.

Candidate Requirements

• Exceptional communication abilities in both English and Hindi.
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in telecalling, business development, or inside sales roles.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Comfortable operating under daily target pressures and managing continuous follow-ups.
• Basic proficiency with Excel, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
