Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate qualified sales leads for the CHEQ Enterprise platform through strategic prospecting.
- Investigate potential client accounts to comprehend their needs and devise educational plans about CHEQ's offerings.
- Engage ideal prospects via channels such as email, cold calling, and LinkedIn to advance them through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and current records within CRM and associated sales tools.
- Achieve assigned Business Development Representative metrics, quarterly objectives, and sales goals.
- Stay informed with the latest product updates and industry insights.
- Establish credibility and trust with prospects by becoming a knowledgeable resource.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue opportunities in targeted accounts.
- Partner with senior management, including Directors and VPs, to support outbound sales campaigns effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous sales experience within SaaS organizations is highly preferred.
- A proactive startup mindset demonstrating initiative, continual learning, innovation, and a strong drive to excel.
- A hunter mentality comfortable with making cold outbound calls to various organizational levels, including executive management.
- Exceptional skills in prospecting, nurturing leads, educating prospects, and qualifying opportunities to create sales-ready leads.
- Strong organizational capabilities to efficiently manage time and resources.
- Advanced pre-call planning, qualification of opportunities, and objection management expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present product benefits and features.
- A self-motivated individual with high energy and a positive telephone presence.
- Availability to work onsite from the office four days per week.
