Role Overview
We are seeking a Client Consultant focused on new business acquisition to spearhead revenue expansion within the UAE market. This role involves identifying potential client opportunities, cultivating robust client relationships, and working closely with our internal recruitment specialists to provide effective staffing solutions.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, specifically within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Possession of a strong professional network and in-depth understanding of the GCC markets.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Exceptional abilities in communication, negotiation, and building lasting professional relationships.
