About the Role

The company is looking for a commercially strong and well-connected Business Development Manager to grow its employer network throughout Europe. This position is well suited to candidates with a background in manpower sales, staffing services, workforce consulting, international recruitment partnerships, or employer acquisition.

The selected professional will focus on identifying employer needs, developing strategic collaborations, and creating workforce opportunities across several industries while nurturing durable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage relationships with employers, staffing firms, recruitment partners, and business owners across Europe.
• Spot and develop hiring opportunities in sectors such as hospitality and tourism, construction and engineering, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing and production, agriculture and food processing, and healthcare and support services.
• Bring in new business through existing contacts, referrals, market outreach, and partnership building.
• Lead employer discussions, requirement discovery calls, commercial negotiations, and partnership presentations.
• Contribute to workforce planning conversations and manpower growth initiatives with employer partners.
• Maintain an active pipeline of employers with recurring hiring needs.
• Meet the agreed targets for business growth and employer acquisition.

Professional Background & Core Competencies

• Hands-on experience in manpower sales, staffing solutions, workforce consulting, international recruitment, or employer acquisition.
• A pre-existing network of employers, hiring managers, staffing agencies, recruitment partners, or business owners in Europe.
• Proven ability to create business opportunities and secure workforce requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to develop and sustain productive employer relationships.
