Position

This role leads the assigned product category and plays a key part in strengthening team performance and development. The position supports the customer experience to help deliver the department’s commercial and service targets.

Job Responsibilities

Sales

  • Represents the brand appropriately and makes sure the team reflects the same professional image.
  • Keeps the team informed about developments and priorities within the department.
  • Drives revenue for the department and works with the store management team to meet business objectives.
  • Shares periodic sales analysis to improve replenishment and reordering decisions, coordinating closely with the Store Manager.

Client management and CRM

  • Maintains strong customer relationships and works to ensure high customer satisfaction, while updating the Store Manager on VIP and top clients.
  • Delivers a high standard of welcome and service, supervising the department to preserve the service quality expected by the brand.
  • Manages after-sales service with the same level of care as the sales process to build loyalty and reinforce the brand experience.

Team management

  • Partners with store leadership to build a positive work atmosphere and keep the sales team engaged, capable, and motivated.
  • Monitors team activity and ensures customer service consistently meets the company’s standards of excellence.
  • Supports management in coaching current team members and identifying future talent to create a high-performing selling environment.

  • Reviews sales and stock data using company reports, checks departmental stock levels, and keeps the Store Manager updated daily on product and inventory matters while sharing the information with the team.

Profile

  • Prior experience in a luxury boutique is required.
  • The ideal candidate should reflect the brand’s identity and demonstrate strong attention to detail, coaching ability, communication skills, leadership, and people management.
  • Genuine enthusiasm and strong motivation for the brand and its products are important.
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories is expected.
  • Strong computer literacy is required, including Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience is preferred.
