About Crystalbrook Sam
Opening towards the end of 2026, Crystalbrook Sam will introduce Crystalbrook Collection's distinctive style, energy, and commitment to responsible luxury to Adelaide. This luxury hotel aims to become a vibrant destination for travelers, locals, and the city's lifestyle scene, blending thoughtful design with engaging guest experiences and warm, intuitive service across accommodations, dining, events, and wellness.
Role Overview
We are assembling a passionate pre-opening team to shape the culture, service standards, and guest experiences from the ground up. We seek an experienced Business Development Manager for Corporate & Events to cultivate strategic commercial partnerships and drive revenue in the corporate, meetings, incentives, conferences, and events sectors.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the role focuses on discovering and converting new business opportunities to expand market share and secure sustainable revenue growth for the hotel. Activities include proactive outreach, face-to-face meetings, networking, client entertainment, site visits, and active participation in industry events to solidify Crystalbrook Sam as the top choice for corporate accommodation, group travel, and notable events.
The incumbent will also manage customer relationships to enhance experiences and encourage repeat business. Travel and participation in industry trade shows are part of the role's routine, alongside overseeing on-site customer engagements. Success metrics will involve KPIs and customer feedback.
