Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will focus on converting potential leads into customers within the stock market sector, aiming to drive sales growth through proactive client outreach and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients from leads in the stock market industry to convert them into customers.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers targeting sales achievements.
- Collaborate with research analysts to assist clients in stock market trading activities.
- Perform detailed market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor movements, and opportunities for expansion.
- Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to effectively meet client requirements.
- Maintain thorough and current records of sales initiatives, leads, and prospects within the CRM system.
- Follow up on sales leads with clear communication, gather client feedback, and adjust approaches accordingly.
- Establish and sustain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to comprehend their goals and challenges.
- Develop persuasive proposals and negotiate terms to finalize beneficial agreements.
- Consistently achieve and surpass weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to proficiently present the company’s offerings to customers.
- Design and execute innovative sales strategies to expand business reach.
- Negotiate effectively with clients to secure profitable deals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to the business or financial sector.
- Demonstrated success in B2C sales, ideally within stock market trading or financial services.
- Strong grasp of stock market principles, investment options, and financial instruments.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to persuade prospects, nurture strong client relationships, and handle objections competently.
- Capable of working effectively within a collaborative team environment.
