Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This role involves identifying new customer prospects and resellers, engaging through various communication channels, and fostering strong client relationships to support ongoing sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Locate and approach potential customers and reseller partners.
- Follow up on inquiries using phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with existing clientele.
- Meet monthly sales goals and aid in expanding business operations.
- Keep precise documentation of all customer communications and order details.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 12,000 INR and 35,000 INR.
