About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Business Development Executives to join our team in Bengaluru. This role offers a unique opportunity to advance your sales career by fostering strong client relationships, driving business growth, and hitting ambitious sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new customers through a mix of direct sales and field sales activities.
- Develop and nurture enduring client relationships to support business expansion.
- Generate leads through cold calling, engaging clients during field visits, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver effective presentations to promote products and services.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Pertinent experience in B2C Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Highly motivated and customer-oriented approach.
- Graduation is preferred.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is favored for efficient field visit mobility.
