Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Developer to join our team in Mohali, working onsite in our Business Development department. This full-time role requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and involves a face-to-face interview process; no online interviews will be conducted.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, online bidding, or lead generation.
- Demonstrate practical experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing is considered a valuable addition.
- Have a solid understanding of lead generation, prospecting tactics, and overall business development strategies.
- Exhibit excellent skills in proposal writing, capable of creating tailored and technically coherent proposals to meet client needs.
- Maintain a good grasp of Web and Mobile Development, Website Design, UI/UX Design, and Digital Marketing concepts.
- Show outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, negotiation skills, and client management experience.
- Experience dealing with international clients is preferred.
Work Conditions
- Work is based onsite in Mohali.
- Employment is full-time with office attendance required.
