Senior Credit Analyst

Job Purpose

The role focuses on conducting detailed research and evaluation of credit risk related to SEG and SME cases. This is achieved utilizing established due diligence methods, support from external agencies, and close coordination with sales and risk teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine credit history and decide on approving or rejecting credit extensions for potential commercial customers.
• Maintain administrative controls such as managing timely renewals and monitoring Days Past Due (DPD) for the allocated portfolio.
• Compile proposals for approved credit cases and collaborate with sales and risk departments to ensure sanction limits are met and turnaround times are minimized.
• Build and sustain healthy business relationships with dealers, commercial clients, and sales personnel.
• Provide informed credit decisions on complex commercial financing requests.
• Support junior Credit Analysis team members with SEG and SME cases, addressing credit policy concerns and aiding commercial underwriting discussions.
