Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Waste Management processes, workflows, and systems to detect inefficient practices.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, pain points, and compliance gaps by engaging stakeholders through interviews and workshops.
• Develop future-state process models that align with objectives of operational excellence.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in Process Excellence, Business Analysis, or Operations Consulting roles.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio and BPMN.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement techniques.
• Experience or knowledge in waste management, sustainability, or regulatory compliance domains is preferred.
