Role Overview

This Business Analyst I role, based in San Diego with a hybrid working model, involves developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to assist both internal teams and external clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Create and sustain Power BI visualizations and reporting solutions.
Develop SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements and convert business needs into clear, actionable reports.
Address ad hoc reporting needs and actively engage in ongoing projects within a dynamic team setting.

Candidate Profile

Proficient in Power BI and SQL with an emphasis on report development and data handling.
Ability to communicate analytical insights to business users in an understandable, jargon-free manner.
Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage requests independently.

Compensation

The pay for this position is estimated at $36 per hour, varying with the candidate's skill set, experience, and location. This role does not provide sponsorship opportunities.
