About the Role
This role involves analyzing and designing organizational processes and systems, with a strong focus on aligning business models with technology. The Business Analyst evaluates current operations, identifies customer and stakeholder requirements, and defines future strategies and solutions. Gathering and synthesizing information are vital to support effective solutions that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Professional & Technical Skills
- Expertise in Oracle Transportation Management is mandatory.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess business processes and suggest enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with varied stakeholder groups.
- Capability to convert complex business requirements into clear, actionable items.
- Proficiency in process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Experience in working alongside technical teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.
Additional Information
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with Oracle Transportation Management is required.
- This full-time position is based at the Navi Mumbai office.
- Candidate must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
