About the Marketing Operations Team
The Marketing Operations team creates the systems, processes, and foundations that allow the marketing organization to run efficiently, scale in a sustainable way, and stay aligned with company priorities. The team focuses on people, technology, and process to improve operational excellence and marketing performance.
The broader marketing group is centered on building and executing effective strategies that connect with target audiences, generate strong pipeline, and improve marketing efficiency. The work is supported by modern tools, streamlined workflows, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Role Overview
As a Brand Marketing Program Manager, you will coordinate complex marketing initiatives from planning through launch. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent organization, and the ability to keep campaigns moving on time, within budget, and with high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and setup through execution and delivery, while staying within budget and timelines.
- Keep communication flowing across involved teams so that everyone stays aligned and informed throughout each campaign.
- Run productive meetings that support collaboration, maintain focus, and drive progress toward agreed outcomes.
- Spot project and program risks early, explain their possible impact, and recommend practical ways to reduce or avoid issues.
- Manage priorities with close attention to the most important path-dependent tasks so work progresses efficiently.
- Prepare for shifts in direction, build backup plans, and keep projects moving forward even when circumstances change.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background supporting marketing or design teams and delivering complex brand or marketing programs involving multiple stakeholders from start to finish.
- Strong precision and quality control habits, with the ability to maintain consistency across campaign execution.
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage several marketing initiatives at the same time.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and build trust with stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort working in fast-changing and uncertain environments, with quick and proactive adaptation.
- A curious, solution-focused mindset with a strong desire to learn, solve problems, and improve workflows.
- A continuous-improvement attitude and a habit of looking for ways to make processes and outcomes better.

Compensation and Benefits
The role may include additional compensation in the form of equity and/or commission, depending on the position offered. Plaid offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. Compensation is determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, skill set, and location, and may change in line with applicable compensation and benefit plans.
The stated compensation range for this role is $152.4K to $189.6K.
