Role Overview
The Branch Manager will oversee the sales and collection functions at a designated branch in Patna, Bihar. This position demands effective leadership to attain sales targets, foster strong partnerships with electric vehicle (EV) original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and dealerships, and manage overall customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide sales and collection activities in the allocated branch.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with EV OEMs and dealerships within the branch's operational region.
- Ensure that the sales and collection goals are consistently achieved.
- Recruit new team members and conduct their training to support branch objectives.
- Generate and submit daily performance reports and management information system (MIS) data.
- Collect regular feedback from customers to monitor and enhance satisfaction levels.

- Location: Patna, Bihar, India.
- Remuneration: Monthly salary ranging between 18,000 and 40,000 INR.
