This position is based at Marne Lanes Bowling Center in Fort Stewart, Georgia.

What you'll do

• Carry out minor fixes and routine preventive upkeep on bowling alley machinery and automatic handling systems.
• Clean and condition the lanes and return racks, keep spare parts and pins stocked for automatic pin setters and related equipment, and help with general upkeep of the bowling center.
• Take on any additional duties assigned by management.

Additional information

No incentives or bonuses will be paid. This position follows the Federal Wage Schedule pay system. Overtime is paid when work exceeds 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week, whichever is more favorable to the employee. Regular full-time, regular part-time, and regularly scheduled flexible employees may receive Sunday premium pay for Sunday work. Employees may also qualify for additional pay when most scheduled hours fall after 3:00 PM. Foreign-area allowances, cost of living allowance, and other differentials are not paid, subject to eligibility. Permanent Change of Station costs are not authorized because a move is not considered in the government’s interest.
