Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide guests to and from their rooms with courtesy and professionalism.
- Transport and manage guest luggage efficiently and carefully.
- Address guest questions and requests promptly with a friendly approach.
- Arrange and store luggage systematically adhering to established guidelines.
- Assist with upkeep and appearance of service equipment.
- Regularly check all parking-related equipment and report repair needs.
- Take on Valet Parking Attendant responsibilities when required.
