About the Role
As a Bell Attendant at Hilton in Doha, Qatar, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional hospitality experiences by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with their luggage, and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure, setting a positive tone.
- Assist guests by handling luggage with care, including storage and transportation.
- Accompany guests to their rooms, providing explanations of room features and hotel facilities.
- Address guest requests and inquiries swiftly and courteously.
- Organize transportation services such as taxis or shuttles as needed.
- Keep the lobby and luggage storage areas tidy and well-organized.
- Securely manage guest packages and deliveries.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to relevant departments.
