Role Overview
This position supports the two system leaders by managing smaller implementation projects and software upgrades. If you are enthusiastic about problem-solving and client collaboration, this role offers growth in system expertise, project management skills, and becoming a trusted support contact for clients. Additionally, you will have chances to broaden your BAS knowledge by assisting the BAS team during intervals between projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile
An ideal candidate will have a keen interest in accounting, a curiosity for system functionalities, and a passion for crafting practical solutions that ease tasks for both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Proficient experience with Xero and/or MYOB Business accounting software.
- Experience managing accounting system implementations.
- Ability to confidently resolve client questions and issues.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes specific to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Familiarity with software add-ons or system integrations.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in a BAS-related role emphasizing systems.
