Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve expertly prepared beverages and food items following Starbucks quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service that creates enjoyable and personalized experiences.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces while adhering to operational procedures including cash handling and store safety.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members to understand and fulfill customer needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- No prior experience necessary; training is provided.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Ability to quickly acquire new skills, follow instructions, and ask for clarification as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage teamwork and relationship building.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks within a shift and maintain composure under pressure.
