Job Summary
Join M/s Dum Noorani LLP as a Barista in Chandigarh, where your passion for coffee and customer service will shine. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages aligned with company standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks following company recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee brewing machines and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Welcome customers warmly and offer professional assistance throughout their visit.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and related materials efficiently to ensure availability.
- Adhere strictly to hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth functioning of daily cafe operations.
