Role Overview
As Bar & Waiting Staff, you’ll help create memorable visits for guests by serving drinks, suggesting the right option after a long day, and keeping the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. You’ll be part of a welcoming, inclusive team with opportunities to build your experience and grow your abilities.

What the Role Involves
- Deliver a friendly, memorable experience for every customer, every visit.
- Act as a knowledgeable guide at the bar by suggesting drinks to guests.
- Mix, pour, and present beverages to the expected standards and guest preferences.
- Welcome diners, serve food, and make sure guests are well looked after throughout their visit.
- Keep the bar area safe, compliant, and clean, resolving issues promptly and carefully.
What You’ll Need

- Strong attention to detail, especially when preparing and serving drinks.
- A genuine passion for excellent service and creating a warm welcome.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
