About the Role

As a dedicated baker within our Fresh Food team, you will contribute your passion for baking to providing our customers with fresh, high-quality bakery products daily. You will work alongside a lively, motivated team that values knowledge sharing and nurturing new talent, all while maintaining and enhancing your own professional baking skills.

Work Schedule

Roster Option 1:

• Tuesday to Saturday
• Shifts run from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Embody the Everyday ACTs principles: Acknowledge, Care, and Thank, ensuring customers enjoy products and experiences they love.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness by keeping all workstations neat, organized, and ready for audits.
• Support and lead team members, fostering a culture of wellbeing, resilience, and collective achievement.
• Pursue continuous improvement by developing both your baking techniques and leadership abilities.
• Perform confidently under pressure, managing the fast pace, physical requirements, and tight deadlines typical of a busy bakery environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a formal baking qualification or equivalent industry certification.
• Have prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.
