Job Overview
Join Brew & Bites as a skilled Baker in Patna, Bihar, where you will craft a variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, brownies, cookies, muffins, cheesecakes, and desserts such as tiramisu. This role demands adherence to standardized recipes to guarantee consistent flavor, texture, and quality in every item.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cake sponges, frostings, fillings, glazes, and other dessert elements with precision.
- Skillfully decorate cakes and desserts focusing on appealing presentation.
- Maintain stringent food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards within the bakery.
- Monitor ingredient quality, manage stock inventory, and aim to reduce waste.
- Properly store and label all ingredients and finished products.
- Efficiently operate and maintain bakery machinery ensuring safe usage.
- Contribute to the innovation of new dessert items, seasonal offerings, and special festive menus.
- Collaborate with the café staff to guarantee prompt preparation and delivery of both in-house and online customer orders.
