Role Overview

As a Baker at Einstein Bros. Bagels, you will be the heart of our bakery. Starting as early as 3 a.m., you will prepare and bake our signature bagels, setting the tone for a great community experience. Your mornings will be accompanied by your favorite podcasts or music as you bring our beloved bagels to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the bagel wall and pastry case are fully stocked with top-quality products each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service, assisting in order taking and sandwich preparation.
• Maintain the quality standards for food and beverages served.
• Keep the store environment clean and safe for staff and customers alike.
