Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Baker who plays a critical role in producing our signature bagels and pastries. Bakers start early, often around 3 AM, setting the foundation for our customers' mornings while engaging with their favorite music or podcasts. The position demands dedication to quality, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bagels and pastries to company standards.
• Ensure the bagel wall and pastry case are fully stocked for each shift.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest service, including assisting with order taking and sandwich preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store premises.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings (starting as early as 3 AM) and weekends.
• Pass applicable background checks in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Possession of a valid state-issued driver's license preferred (required at specific sites).
• Compliance with state regulations regarding tip eligibility.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role involves intermittent sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout working hours. Accommodations can be considered to meet physical needs.
