Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Order Management Specialist to join our team at Shree Narayan Manufacturer in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The selected individual will be responsible for professionally handling customer orders and associated records while ensuring data accuracy and interdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and manage customer orders as well as returns.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer information and order details, including dispatches, returns, and RTOs using Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across different departments to efficiently complete daily operational tasks.
Compensation
The remuneration for this position ranges between INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month.
