Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Back Office Coordinator with expertise in a variety of administrative and support functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, document management, MIS reporting, and record keeping. They will facilitate seamless office workflows through effective email management, customer assistance, sales coordination, order processing, and CRM maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Prepare and manage MIS reports to track performance metrics.
- Ensure proper record management and filing systems are maintained.
- Handle correspondence through professional email communication.
- Support customer queries and provide prompt assistance as necessary.
- Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate activities and order processing.
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated regularly.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong command of MS Office applications for daily operational tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively across teams and clients.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Effective organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities.

Compensation range from INR 18,000 to INR 43,500 per month.
